Tuscaloosa could see over an inch of snow and sleet and up to 1/5 inch of freezing rain and ice as a winter storm makes its way across the state tonight through Wednesday. A Winter Storm Warning is already in effect until midnight Wednesday night. 

Tuscaloosa's latest forecast calls for rain tonight; the rain will transition into freezing rain overnight with up to 1/10 an inch of ice accumulation possible. Tuesday will bring more rain with an additional accumulation of 1/10 of an inch of ice possible; the rain is projected to last until Wednesday night when the precipitation is expected to transition to snow.
