Trying out the Pieology Pizzeria in Tuscaloosa

I'm that guy who is ALWAYS in the mood for pizza, and today I tried something different, Pieology Pizzeria on The Strip in T-Town!

The whole gang from the radio station met up for this PIZZA PARTY!

The name Pieology is PERFECT to describe this dining experience. You're basically headed into the lab to create the pizza of your dreams. There are so many options from sauces to toppings. Think of the row of toppings you point at when going to a sandwhich shop. Now, try that for pizza. Yeah, pretty cool.

Oh, there's a variety of cheeses, and a ton of different veggies and meats to pick from too. It's all your call. Choices, nice.

I ended going with a traditional red pizza sauce, and lots of meats! I made it easy on this order too by picking one of their custom pizza pies, the 'Mad to Meat You.' Loaded, with pepperoni, sausage, meatball, and plenty of stretchy mozzarella cheese.

The staff, the food and the company was great. A good lunch. I'd go back.
