Today's forecast calls for plenty of rain with a chance of severe storms, and we could see more severe weather tonight.

A chance for thunderstorms and rain will continue throughout the day. A cold front will work its way across the state late tonight, and ahead of that front, we could see strong to severe storms. These storms are projected to impact Alabama between midnight and 6 a.m. Monday, April 20.

The graphics below from the National Weather Service depicts areas impacted by each round of storms. You can see that damaging winds and large hail could be possible throughout the day, and as such, it's imperative that you have a way to receive updated weather alerts.
