I'm back, fresh off vacation week at the beach, with lots photos to share! Seagull tricks, the 'sand castle,' burgers and sunset make up the final cut for the featured gallery!

I spent the week at my little secret spot off the scenic 30A highway in South Walton County, Florida. Where exactly? That's where the secret comes in. I've been to this same place three years running now for a summer vacation. I like it to so much, I don't want others to know about this hidden gem away from all the typical high rise condos.

Okay, I'll share the location... Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. It's close to everything on 30A and the Destin area. What I really like about it, the park is rustic and undeveloped. The cabins and camping areas are about one-mile from the beach. In between, lots of trails through the woods (great for running or biking), leading up to a protected area of sand dunes and a long board walk to the water. It's a sight to see.

Take a look at my photo gallery below, which feature a couple of photos with my mom and my wife, Shannon. Be sure to leave a comment on your favorite vacation spot!
