You serious, Clark? National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is one of, if not the, funniest Christmas movies ever made. It is impossible to watch this movie without laughing. In fact, I dare you to try. You will fail, because this movie is straight-up hysterical.

Christmas Vacation follows the Griswold clan as they attempt to have a "good old fashioned family Christmas." Nothing goes according to plan, and Clark, Ellen, Audrey, and Rusty end up with a Christmas they'll never forget... even after a significant amount of therapy.

Favorite moments of Christmas Vacation: the hunt for the perfect Christmas tree, lingerie shopping, Cousin Eddie's arrival, sledding in the snow, Cousin Eddie's glorious Christmas greeting (delivered oh-so eloquently while emptying the RV's waste container), the Griswold family Christmas lights, Clark and Eddie's trip to Wal-Mart, pretty much any scene with Cousin Eddie really, Aunt Bethany's blessing of the Christmas meal, Clark's EPIC meltdown (Where's the tylenol?), and the greatest rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner" in the history of American film.

The holiday season is so much fun, but it can be insanely stressful. You owe it to yourself to laugh your butt off at least once this Christmas season. Get some friends together, bust out the moose mugs, and watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation tonight.
