Drone Captures a Look Around Alabama’s New Million Dollar Band Practice Field

The University of Alabama is wrapping up a complete renovation of Butler Field for the Million Dollar Band, and we showed you some pictures of the incredible facility earlier this month. 

Now, we have a video that showcases the full beauty of this field. The drone provides a complete look at where the band will practice, which is painted to mimic Bryant-Denny Stadium but features an artificial surface.

Butler Field sits between Paul W. Bryant Drive and University Boulevard with the law school and Sewell-Thomas Stadium just across the street. The renovation project also includes a four-story parking deck that will be started in the near future.

Alabama football returns to practice in August and takes the field for the first time on September 5 against Wisconsin.
