The top two spots remained unchanged for a second straight week but College Football Playoff position has shifted quite a bit since last week.

Clemson and Alabama continue to anchor the top of the newest selection committee rankings after easy wins last weekend. After that, things have changed following Ohio State's loss to Michigan State. The Buckeyes dropped to No. 8 and opened the door for a number of the teams.

Here's how the new top four looks:

  1. Clemson
  2. Alabama
  3. Oklahoma
  4. Iowa

The first two teams out of the top four were Michigan State and Notre Dame.

Florida, which has already secured a birth in the SEC Championship Game, might have seen its playoff chances become a longshot following a close win over Florida Atlantic. The Gators fell from 8th to 12th.
