For years, musicians, actors, and other celebrities have visited St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to try and make a difference in a child's day.

Organizations like Country Cares for St. Jude Kids have done a fantastic job of bringing popular country artists like Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, and Sam Hunt together with country radio personalities from across the country in an effort to raise money for St. Jude with yearly radiothons. The organization also makes it possible for these country stars to spend time inside the hospital with the patients who so desperately deserve a moment in time where they do not have to think about their treatment.

Alabama Shakes are a GRAMMY Award winning soul rock band from Athens, Alabama who have risen to a world wide success thanks to their innovative sound and contstant touring.

Lead singer Brittany Howard said of St. Jude,

Guys, this place is the most beautifully human and hopeful place I have ever been and I'm dedicating myself to making sure young folks like us keep this institution going.
